Our History

Globe Quarters Corporate Housing New York was founded in 2008, by Zebo Sokolskiy.

Zebo’s entrepreneurial spirit, international experience, education in finance and a heart for hospitality were a cornerstone of this newly born enterprise. Starting with seven rental apartments in an Art Deco brownstone in the upscale New York neighborhood of Sutton Place, the company doubled and tripled the number of furnished apartments available to their growing client base over the course of three years. Customer loyalty to the brand sustained Globe Quarters through the economic crisis and significant changes in New York apartment rental regulations that required all temporary housing engagements to be a minimum of one month’s time

In 2012 Globe Quarters began to implement its vision of international expansion by launching a luxury resort destination option to serve the needs of its established client base and new customers in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

Increased demand for its services and for C-suite accommodations in Manhattan led, in 2013, to the expansion of its New York portfolio to include luxury residences at the newly renovated Nash in Murray Hill.

Today, on a wave of growth, Globe Quarter’s Corporate Housing, believes it owes its success to the small but highly talented team, and its deeply rooted culture that guides the company in every day operation and strategic planning.
