Dear Zebo and Zhupar. A big thank you for our wonderful stay in your apartments. We had a studio which was more like a a 1 bedroom in size, large, freshy painted and modern furn on the 10th floor. Zebo and Zhupar made us feel so welcome and on arrival fridge was stocked with creamers, juice, bread, coffee etc. I was nervous booking an apartment over the internet but i would recomend these apartments to anyone. Its in a great location and only 10 mins walk to 5th ave and all the major attractions. I would stay here again if i came to New york. Staff were so helpful and friendly during our stay. I just received a letter from our client, it's written in Japanese, so let me translate her comments briefly for you.

Our client decided to book your property, because it was equipped with full kitchen, and the property location seemed to be convenient.
She found the apartment was comfortably spacious and clean, well furnished and inventory of supplies was well replenished.
She felt comfortable, as she was staying in her own apartment.
The space, cleanliness, supplies, and moreover the kindness of staff were more than what she expected, and there was no disappointment at all.

There were nice compliments written over her letter, and there is also our compliment to the service you provide.
For we do not have much occasion actually to stay in properties, we would feel so content by receiving such compliments from our clients who actually stayed in properties.

We couldn't speak more highly of this accommodation option for New York City. Zebo and Regina are amazing and the apartment has absolutely everything. Just like walking in to your own home. The building itself is charming, and the location is safe and convenient to the subway that will take you everywhere you want to go. As well as the standard New York sights, we recommend you explore the neighbourhood around 1st and 2nd Ave - full of interesting shops and restaurants. |
